The renowned American business magazine Forbes lists these 15 barriers to female leadership, and I could not agree more. One of them (number 2!) is a lack of Sisterhood!
According to CNBC, male vs female CEO statistics say that just 24 female CEOs lead the companies on the 2018 Fortune 500 which is fewer than last year. It is also said though, that even though Women CEOs are still a rarity, their pay tops that of men.

The biggest challenge my female clients face today is garnering support from other women.
My advice to women worldwide is to support and empower each other, starting with our basic principles of who we are — our morals, values, integrity.
